Week 8

I'm a little disappointed this week. I don't know how I gained a pound. It might be the stress and lack of sleep, I'm not sure. I feel like I've been doing more than what I usually do, so my weight threw me for a loop when I stepped on the scale. I guess I will have good weeks and bad weeks. I'm not giving up. I am hoping next week will be better though!

Watch what I eat (Eat for FUEL)- 5

Read Personal Scriptures Daily (it's the best "meditation" and brightens my day)- 3

Personal Prayer Daily (I am not in it alone and am thankful for my life)- 3

Minutes Exercised- 5 hours
Minutes Moved (family activities, cleaning, other stuff)- 4 hours
